The National Land Afforestation Promotion Organization

Greenery Donation Funds

Green Feather Fundraising activities started as a symbol of National Land Afforestation Drive in 1950. In 1995, to commemorate 50 years since the end of World War II , the Greenery Donation Act was enacted, and the funds were renamed Greenery Donation Funds.
The Funds are important tools for the Afforestation by Public Partnership drive and link contributors in cities to volunteers working in forests.
Money contributed to the Greenery Donation Funds is used for afforestation activities by volunteer groups. Those activities include conservation of biodiversity, childhood education in forests, contribution to SDGs and realization of Carbon Neutrality.

Support for Afforestation from SDGs-conscious Corporations and NPOs

Expansion of Afforestation by Public Partnership movement supported by general citizens rather than by only people working in forests and environment areas will contribute to realization of SDGs effectively.
Therefore, NALAPO tries to disseminate Four Actions for Forests, namely Touch Forests, Use Wood, Support Forests and Live in Forests. It also provides information on forest volunteer activities to support afforestation activities by corporation and NPOs.
